Top 100 Singles of 1966

Here it is...Part one of the Top 1oo Singles of 1966. I know there have been countdowns and various lists of the years top singles but none of them are from the "Official" chart of Billboard. This is the first time you can hear 1966's biggest singles as ranked by the most authorative chart in the record business. Below the chart you can download them starting on January 4th 2010. Enjoy

  1. Jason, I'm still amazed that for a person who didn't live through the sixties yourself, you've done a better job of re-creating the feeling and spirit of 1960's radio better than the DJs who were around then. The newsclips of 1966, the abundance of jingles, and the authentic Billboard countdown--which included the great MOR hits that "oldies stations" leave out in those 'other countdowns'--make yours the real thing!

Next week is the one I've been waiting for...!

  2. I share the comments of Kevin.
It's a fantastic job , i know how much time it must takes to create a Top 40, so for an entire Top 100 i can imagine the time you spent.
The show is what i always wanted to have and i sincerely thank you Jason and cross my fingers for a new year-end countdown of this kind in the future.
